PROCESSING TIMELINE

Krayonshop® processing time is 1-3 Business Days (M-F) and not including Holidays. 

FREE SHIPPING

All items are eligible for FREE domestic (USA) shipping. Purchased item(s) are shipped via First Class Mail. Upgrade for Priority Shipping is available with possible short transit days per USPS mailing calendar and timeline. Please click on UPGRADE and select Rush if item is needed to ship right away.

If you need a sooner or need a specific delivery timeline, please contact us here. Normal respond time is between 1-4 hours during business days. Messages sent during non-business days and holidays will be reviewed and response will be sent the following business day.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Krayonshop® is not responsible for any shipping delays that occurs on USPS. Please plan accordingly when shopping during busy holiday rush. We do not refund or send replacement on orders that already shipped and are currently delayed in arrival caused by USPS or shipping carrier.

GIFT WRAP

Krayonshop® offers gift wrap upgrade using our hand designed gift wrapping paper. Gift wrapping paper is hand designed using our very own Krayonshop® Rainbow Crayons, scanned digitally and printed on a smooth high quality paper. Please click here to add gift wrap on your Krayonshop® order.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Krayonshop® is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please know that once your package is scanned at the local USPS for admittance, we no longer have control on what occurs during transit and after delivery. Tracking number is always provided once your Krayonshop® order is processed and has shipped. 

Please contact your local USPS to get the GPS for your package on marked "delivered" and they will be able to provide you the coordinate where your package was left. You can also file the missing package report on USPS website and follow steps listed on how to escalate the report to a case.

KRAYONSHOP® ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Mistakes made by USPS, FEDex, UPS or any shipping courier
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO Box issues
  • Stolen or misplaced packages after delivery (we do not recommend the delivery to concierge if living in an apartment/building option)

USA ORDERS

Krayonshop® use USPS, FEDEX or UPS to ship your order depending on the weight and every package will have it's own tracking number that is attached to your receipt for tracking and update purposes. This can take anywhere between 3-8 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location and shipping zone.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Krayonshop® uses USPS International, Fedex or UPS to ship your order (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method) with tracking number provided in every package. This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location and shipping zone.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Items are shipped after processing (2-4 business days M-F). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information are provided on the shipping confirmation notification and your transaction receipt.
